Dogs
I'm not sure there's such a thing in other places around the world, but I'd like to know (please tell me!), but 3 years from now a weird job has been created in Brazil: dog walker. You pay for someone to get your friend at home and exercise.
Your dog might find his/her soulmate, because they usually take a group of dogs to walk. Take a look at the couple on the left. :-)

This weird job has been created also in Italy...it's a new step after dog sitter... nsometimes you see some guys walking with 4-5 dogs in the parks...
The funny thing is that they are mixed together...so it's hard to combine how walk a lazy bulldog and in the same time a quick labrador or a moody cocker :-)
Yes, we have dog walkers here. There is usually a sign posted in our apartment lobby or at the laundromat advertising their service. It's usually a teenager who does this as a part-time job. If I had a dog, I would use a dog walker if I was sick or something. Otherwise...no.
dog walkers are extremely popular here in the u.s., especially in urban areas where many people don't have the time to take their dogs out as they slave away at their offices. i was a dog walker for a summer. it's a decent job that one can take on the side to earn a few extra spending dollars. the key is walking similiar types of dogs each time.
I can do one better. My sister was an employee of what is officially described as "doggy daycare". More than just a walk, the dogs go in a van to parks to go hiking with the dogwalkers, possibly washed and brushed too for extra money back at the centre where they have blankets and toys to play with, waiting for their masters and mistresses to come back from work.

Anyway, I thought the article was about the dog whisperer guy who can change a dogs unruly behavior - but its a dog walker guy - I don't think we have it here in the islands but I wonder how much they get paid hmmmm
We have dog walkers here as well. I was contemplating switching jobs and a dog walker seemed like a good in between job. Nice Shot!
