Some stupid driver parked his car in front of my office, in a prohibited place, and probably gone to watch the Brazil x Croatia game, last tuesday. The prefecture take away the car with a tow winch and leave this plaque. Poor stupid driver. :p

oh bummer - tow cost is very expensive here costing $50 to over $100 depending on where the two is from - hope the driver learns not to park there again!
